Yes. The motion base is included in the box and sits hidden inside the bristles. Switch it on and the broom drifts across the floor with sound, exactly as it looks in the videos.
It stands upright on its own the whole time. It does not fly or hover, and nothing needs to be assembled to make it work.

The broom and the motion base, together. There is no separate accessory to buy and nothing to figure out.
A robot vacuum is optional, not required. If you already own one, the broom is sized to sit securely on top of most models so it can wander the whole room instead of sweeping in place.
